What This Feature Does

Manual Jobs let you add and track jobs you applied to outside of Jobkeskus, e.g. from LinkedIn, company career pages, or referrals. Full features with status and notes support.

Key Capabilities

  • Create manual jobs with: title, company, description, source URL, status and notes

  • Edit and delete manual jobs

  • Status tracking same as aggregated jobs (Applied, Interview, Hired, Rejected, etc.)

  • Notes per manual job

How to Use

  1. From the Dashboard or a relevant page, open the Add Manual Job dialog

  2. Fill in title, company, location, and other fields

  3. Set initial status (e.g. Applied) and add notes

  4. Save; the job appears in your tracking views

  5. Update status and notes as you progress

Best Practices

  • Add manual jobs as soon as you apply so your pipeline is complete

  • Include the source URL so you can revisit the original posting

  • Use notes to record key dates and contact details
